The short version
- We only collect what you type into the pitch form, plus basic technical data any website receives.
- We use it to read your pitch and reply to you. Nothing else.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Ignite AI Pty Ltd (ABN 62 675 803 700), based in Sydney, Australia ("Ignite AI", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.ignite-ai.com.au.
What we collect
When you send a pitch, we collect the details you enter:
- your name and email address
- your idea, the problem it solves and who it's for
- your answers to "Who's it for?" and "What are you bringing?"
- any link you choose to share
Like any website, our hosting provider also records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We don't use this to identify you.
Please don't include sensitive information (such as health, financial or government ID details) in a pitch. We don't need it.

- to keep a record of the ideas we've received
- to keep the website running securely
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- FormSubmit delivers pitch form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, where submissions are stored.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google when pages load.
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. By sending a pitch, you acknowledge your information may be handled overseas by these providers.
We may also disclose information if we're required to by law.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and working.
How long we keep it
We keep pitches and related emails for as long as they're useful for assessing ideas or following up, and delete them when they're no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls on our accounts. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please don't send anything you'd be uncomfortable sharing.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@ignite-ai.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about how we've handled your information, email hello@ignite-ai.com.au. We'll look into it and respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
